ABROSEXUAL

Gender and sexuality has been a complicated subject since centuries. There are some common sexualities that people are aware of but there are still many of them being unknown to people.

Many teens suffer a mental breakdown in the struggle of figuring out their identity, due to this lack of information that is a hush-hush topic even in modern era for most of the people.

What is abrosexual?

Abrosexual is the identity of people with fluid sexuality which means that their sexual identity can change. In the whole sexuality spectrum, they can be any sexuality a day and may change in another one the other day.

Usually, different people identify with different sexualities with this classification. So, one person may be fluid or flexible between paneexyal and lesbian homosexual; whereas another may be bisexual, pansexual or asexual.

The gender that an abrosexual is attracted to typically changes and the intensity of attraction or the way one feels attraction towards a gender may change as well. For example- one can be lesbian a day and straight the other day.

For some of them, the changes may be erratic and for the others, they may be regular.

Some of them may be fluid between all or a large number of sexualities whereas others may be fluid between a few.

Because of their conflicting fascination, some abrosexual people may not feel urge to seek out a relationship or may favor a wavership.

How often does the sexuality of an abrosexual person change and how much?

While it is possible and common too for a person’s sexual identity to shift or change in some way throughout their life, an abrosexual person’s orientation may change more frequently such as, over a course of hours, days, months or even years.

The changes in orientation may also be drastic, such as going from straight to lesbian or going from asexual to pansexual.

Abrosexual is not same as a changing preference. For example, an omnisexual person could have changing preferences; however, they are always capable of getting attracted to any gender, regardless of their preference.

If we look at another side, an abrosexual person could also be pansexual and feel attracted to all genders.

However, they could later become a gay, at which point, they feel no attraction to women or whatsoever. Regardless of the fact that they previously felt attraction towards women, they would no longer be pleased by or attracted to women in any possible way.

What is the difference between an abrosexual and aceflux person?

Abrosexual may overlap with aceflux, however, the difference is that aceflux people always feel attracted to the same gender they were previously attracted to, where the only thing that changes is how intensely they are attracted to them. So, the difference here in their attraction is not of the gender unlike abrosexual, but only the intensity of attraction varies whereas in case of abrosexual as described, the change is in the attraction to the gender it was previously interested in.

Abrosexuality is sometimes considered a part of the asexual spectrum, as abrosexual people can sometimes be asexual or ace-spec.
