8 Ways to Keep Your Teeth Healthy

 Brushing

Picking a Toothpaste:

Proper Brushing Technique:

  • Hold your toothbrush at approximately a 45-degree angle to the teeth you are brushing.
  • Go all the way behind your last tooth on each side.
